Dr. Alan Kennell is dedicated to working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them reach their goal of obtaining the smile of a lifetime. His goals are to provide a fun, friendly, and relaxing environment and to ensure that his patients receive the highest quality of orthodontic service.
Dr. Kennell is a native of upstate New York and graduated from Frankfort-Schuyler High School. After high school, he attended Union College in Schenectady, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology in 1997. Dr. Kennell spent the next four years at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2001, again with magna cum laude honors.
Having discovered that orthodontics was his passion, Dr. Kennell continued his education in an orthodontic residency at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and finished with a certificate in orthodontics. Dr. Kennell also holds a Master of Science in oral biology for his studies in the field of dental research. In addition, he has co-authored several articles that were published in prestigious dental journals.

When not in the office, you'll find Dr. Kennell in the gym, or traveling with his family!
